About This Site

Pick ten random people off the street and ask them a simple question.  “Is there anything about your life that you would like to change?”  Most likely you will get similar responses from all ten subjects.  You’ll hear things like, “Of course.” or “What do you think?” or “Where do I start?”.  Now, follow up with one more simple, but more challenging, question.  “What are you doing about it?”  Chances are you will hear a lot of mumbling, stuttering and as many excuses as you can think of.  But for the most part, the general consensus could be summed up in one simple answer…NOTHING!

Unfortunately, human beings are very good at self deception.  We are great at convincing ourselves that we are completely at the mercy of the world around us and we have very little say in the matter.  We decide that those people who are living out their dreams are just “Lucky” (a word I despise!).  But the fact of the matter is that, though we may not be in control of everything that happens to us, we are in the driver’s seat of our destiny.  We may not be able to change the past, but every new day is an opportunity to pursue a more positive future.

That’s where this site comes in.  I’m dedicated to making the most out of each and every day of my life and I am passionate about helping others do the same.  In writing this blog I hope to inspire you, as well as myself, to grab life by the horns and never let go.  I hope to provide you with useful tips on how to set and accomplish your goals while helping you paint your own masterpiece of what you want out of life.  You will learn how your bad habits are acting as chains, holding you back from reaching your full potential.  I will teach you the skills of self motivation while supplying you with the knowledge to stay healthy and strong for the journey ahead.
