I’m a Wordpress Theme Developer and blogger by trade. My best friend and beautiful wife Liz and I, have a 'cute as a button' little boy named Tyson and two miniature dachshunds, Abi and Ginger. We live on the East Coast of the US, along the Blue Ridge Mountains. I’m a nature lover and an advocate of healthy living. I enjoy running, hiking, biking and spending time with my family. Living life to the fullest is my daily goal and helping others do the same is my passion.
