Download Your Way To Better Sleep
I recently did a guest post for dumblittleman.com called, “How To Get Better Sleep While Spending Less Time In Bed”. In it I talk about some of the things that have really helped me get better sleep and therefore need less of it.
In light of this and the fact that I want to bring you guys the best content possible, I have written an e-book called, “Guide To Rejuvenating Sleep”. It’s about 50 pages long and it not only covers sleep but other areas of health such as exercise, diet, mindset, etc… It’s completely free and you can do whatever you want with it. I only ask that you share it with anyone you think might also be able to benefit from the content.
The two aspects that I am attempting to provide you with, at MotivateThyself.com, is quality content and solid structure. What I have laid out over the last couple of days with ‘Motiveat2ACTION!’ is a solid structure that we can build off of. This is a way we can work on many different areas of our lives throughout the year. But after implementing this I wanted to add to the content. This is what brought on the idea of the free e-book and is something I hope positively adds to the content of this blog.
