It's absolutely beautiful! At first you think it's buzzard because they are so common, but then you see the distinct white on black and the size of the actual bird and you know it's an eagle. We only get to visit a couple of times a year, but we really enjoy the time when we do. Dachshunds, full of character? :-) They're like little people. We love them too. No I don't fly the helicopters any more, partially because of the reason you mentioned. One crash (which happens more than you'd like) can cost you new $100. Crazy expensive. I mostly stick with the planes. Gliders specifically. Most relaxing by far! You've got a great new blog by the way. Eric. @Jennifer: The house is great.
